As an artist, I am constantly exploring new ways to merge technology and art, and the medium of projection mapping has allowed me to do just that. My latest work, the projection mapping fortune teller, is an interactive installation that immerses the viewer in a world of light and sound. I used a spray-painted white ball in order to map a crystal ball that reads off fortunes and allows people to display their face in order to make it more interactive. As each viewer places their face into the camera hidden above goodie bags that I made for the instillation they are brought face to face with each fortune as it appears in order to make their experience feel unique to one another. Through this work, I aim to explore the intersection between technology and spirituality, inviting viewers to reflect on the role of technology in our modern lives and how it impacts our spiritual experiences. By blending traditional fortune-telling practices with cutting-edge projection mapping technology, I hope to create a unique and thought-provoking experience that invites viewers to question their relationship with technology and spirituality
